Terms & Conditions – Institute Examination Portal
By registering on and using Omnitest Certifications, the Institute agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
Role & Responsibility
The Institute is solely responsible for providing training, classrooms, computers, electricity, internet, trainers, and a suitable examination environment. The Portal is responsible only for providing digital infrastructure for examination, testing, evaluation, scoring, and result/report generation.
Student Identity Verification
The Portal may verify student identity through Aadhaar or other legally permitted identification methods, live photo/selfie capture, OTP, or other authentication measures before or during the examination. The Institute must ensure that only the registered student appears for the examination.
Invigilation & Exam Security
A responsible human invigilator must be physically present during every examination conducted at the Institute. The Institute must prevent cheating, impersonation, use of unauthorized materials/devices, answer sharing, and other malpractice.
Zero-Tolerance Malpractice
Fake students, impersonation, answer sharing, question-paper copying, unauthorized assistance, hacking, or examination/result manipulation are strictly prohibited. The Portal may cancel results, invalidate certificates, suspend or permanently terminate the Institute's account, and take appropriate legal action. No refund will be provided for examinations cancelled due to malpractice.
Examination Fees
The applicable Examination & Processing Fee must be paid before the examination is unlocked. Fees are non-refundable once the examination has been processed/unlocked, including where a student fails or does not achieve the required score, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Portal.
Certificates & Government Recognition
Certificates issued by the Portal represent Autonomous Skill Verification / Assessment, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Portal does not guarantee or claim that its certificates are valid for Central or State Government employment, promotions, recruitment, admissions, or other statutory purposes unless specifically recognized and stated in writing. The Institute must not make misleading claims about certificate validity or government recognition.
Intellectual Property
All Portal software, source code, examination questions, question banks, assessment methods, reports, certificate designs, logos, trademarks, and other content are the intellectual property of the Portal or its licensors. Copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or misusing such material is prohibited without written permission.
Brand & Advertising
The Institute may not use the Portal's name, logo, certificates, or branding in advertisements, banners, websites, or social media in a misleading or unauthorized manner, or claim to be government-approved/authorized without valid written authorization.
Data & Privacy
The Institute must provide accurate student information and obtain required consent for submission of student data. The Portal may process information for registration, identity verification, examination, evaluation, certificate verification, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Responsibility
The Portal is not responsible for the quality of training provided by the Institute, a student's failure to pass, employment or promotion decisions, government acceptance of certificates, or technical problems caused by the Institute's computers, electricity, internet, or local infrastructure.
Suspension & Termination
The Portal reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Institute account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, malpractice, misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized claims, or conduct that compromises examination integrity or Portal security.
Electronic Acceptance
By creating an account, checking the "I Agree" box, digitally signing, or using the Portal, the Institute confirms that it has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with them.
By proceeding with registration, the Institute confirms its acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
